Before you enrol
None at all for Level 1. It is designed as a first door — you receive your first attunement and learn to practise on yourself. Everything after that builds on it in order.
In the Reiki tradition, attunement is the ceremony through which a teacher opens the student's capacity to channel energy. It accompanies each stage of the path, and is what distinguishes Reiki training from simply learning a technique.
Both formats are offered. Tell us which suits you when you enquire and we will let you know the next available dates in that format.
Level 1 focuses on self-practice. Working with others comes at Levels 2 and 3, and the professional and Master courses are intended for those who want to practise or teach.
